You can't just wear anything and feel that you can bear the heat. Though your mind is strong enough your physique wouldn't support. So always make it a point that you wear warm clothes.Winter jackets and winter gloves along with the winter boots must be used if you are going out in a ride. Winter caps for men are mandatory. You need to wear a winter cap if you are going to stay out for a long time as your ears are prone to cold faster than other body parts.
Wear a cap that covers your ears if you are into a lot of field work. Relaxation is a must You are going to need to rest at times before you can resume your work. Working at a stretch is not really advisable. Relax a bit. Do whatever you feel like doing which you think will relax your mind. Also make it a point that your body gets rest too. Take short walks to keep your body healthy. Take short naps whenever you find time. Go out on holidays with your family. Have fun. After all, what else do you earn for but for family, food and fun!
